Seek medical attention
This big toad's skin glands secrete a heart-affecting toxin: watching it is completely safe, but don't touch it and don't let dogs mouth it. If the secretion gets in the mouth or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical care; if a dog has mouthed one, rinse its mouth and get it to a vet right away.
