Delete your Huatulco.app account

This page works without signing in and without the app installed, for somebody who has already removed it from their phone.

If you can still sign in, it is immediate

Sign in, open Profile and use “Delete my account”. It happens there and then; nobody has to review it.

What is deleted and what is not

Deleted with you

Your profile and username. Your trips and itineraries. Your conversations with the assistant and every message in them. Your saved places and events. Your species list. Your passes and companion seats. Your reviews. The reports you filed. Your block list. Your staff permissions. Your photographer account. The promotions you redeemed.

Not deleted

  • Photos you submitted and the team approved stay published. Your name is removed from them, but the photograph remains.
  • Recorded payments are kept as accounting records, not as a profile of you.
  • Google, which runs the assistant, keeps its own copy of the conversations. Deleting the account removes ours; it does not reach theirs.
  • Vercel and Supabase keep request logs containing IP addresses, on their own schedules.
  • Usage measurements do not carry your identity, so there is nothing of yours to delete there.

If you can no longer sign in

Leave the email address of the account and we record your request with a date. This does not delete anything on its own: we will write to that address to confirm it is you, and then we delete the account. A person handles it; it is not an automatic button.

We will not tell you whether an account exists for that address. Answering that would answer it for anybody who asked.

Your ARCO rights

Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition. Exercising them is free. We have 20 days to answer you and 15 more days to act, counted from that answer; each period may be extended once.

The authority for personal data held by private parties is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
